Bulletin board materials may be submitted for posting by nonprofit organizations for civic, educational, or cultural purposes. All bulletin board materials must be approved by the Library Director prior to posting.

365.31 Public Notices Bulletin Boards Guidelines
365.31.1 Posting.
      • Notices are posted on a first-come-first-served basis.
      • Only library staff place and remove postings.
      • Length of time posted is determined by demand for space.

365.31.4 Disposition of postings.
      • Postings are discarded upon removal unless other arrangements have been made.
      • Request for return. A request for the return of a posting should be printed on the back of the item, along with the name and telephone number of the person to be contacted. Items to be returned are held for one week after removal.
