365.6 Parking Lot Use
365.61 Policy
The library parking lot is used, first and foremost, by individuals who have business at the library. Other individuals and groups may request special permission to use the parking lot when the building is not in use. All unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

365.62 Guidelines365.62.1 To Use of parking lot hierarchy.
Individuals with business at the library. The Friends of the Aaron Cutler Memorial Library. Town departments, commissions, agencies, and boards, as well as local non-profit organizations. Private individuals and groups.
365.62.2 To request use of parking lot.
- Town departments, commissions, agencies, and boards, as well as local non-profits, may request permission to use the parking lot by contacting the Library Director.
- Private individuals and groups may apply for permission to use the parking lot by filling out a request form, and providing proof of liability insurance. Should the request be granted, a refundable deposit may be required.
- Permission to use the library parking lot is based on availability, and is only granted when the building is not in use.
365.62.3 Unauthorized vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles are reported to the Litchfield Police Department and may be towed at the owner’s expense.Guidelines Effective 07-11-05
